Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual content for digital and print platforms, ensuring high-quality output in line with project requirements.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams to conceptualise and execute design strategies that effectively convey brand messages.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established guidelines and visual standards.
- Produce creative assets, including graphics, layouts, and illustrations, to enhance customer engagement and support marketing campaigns.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outputs.
- Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project scope, objectives, and timelines, delivering solutions on time.
- Review and modify design work based on feedback to ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, clearly articulating design ideas and rationale.
- Support the development and maintenance of a digital asset library for easy access to templates and graphics.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant creative flair and a comprehensive portfolio showcasing their design expertise and attention to detail. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma) is essential. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating design concepts.
