An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hot Dog Solutions Team.
We’re looking for a Web / Graphics Designer, to work closely with our Creative Director, to assist in the implementation of projects, and to help with designs and ad-hoc tasks.
The role will primarily focus on creating assets for online campaigns; designing new websites and web pages for multiple clients within the Hot Dog group.
We see this as our first full time creative role. And you will become an increasingly important member of our team.
The ideal candidate will consider themselves to be a digital native, with outstanding graphic design skills. Who may have worked in an agency in the past.
However, we are very open to all candidates – including those who may lack the experience, but show common sense / are willing to work hard to prove themselves.
That said, all candidates should have a clear understanding of design and proven ability. Being able to use Photoshop is a must.
Being able to use WordPress would be a plus.
Key responsibilities:
• Taking a key role in the design and layout of websites and newsletters
• Creating Photoshop Design (PSDs) for visual layout of web pages and converting designs into HTML and CSS
• Working with other teams to meet company wide targets and objectives
• Using web content management systems
• Reporting to senior management or clients
• Proactively working on improvements and designs to existing estate of websites; as time and responsibilities allow.
• Followup and liaise with key partners – both internal and external
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
