The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising both organic and paid media campaigns, enabling the business to achieve its growth objectives. Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
- Conduct keyword research and oversee content creation aligned with SEO best practices.
- Monitor and improve website performance, ensuring technical SEO is impactful and up to date.
- Implement changes where necessary and able to drive change and increased performance.
Paid Media Management:
- Plan, manage, and optimise Paid Search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Execute Paid Social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Design campaigns targeting specific KPIs such as lead generation, sales, or engagement.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor campaign metrics, analyse performance data, and report on ROI.
- Use advanced tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and social media insights to evaluate and refine campaigns.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and competitor activities.
- Budget Management: Ensure efficient allocation of budgets across SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social campaigns, maximising ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align digital campaigns with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with creative thinking. You’ll be well-versed in both the strategic and operational aspects of digital marketing, with a data-driven mindset and a passion for driving measurable results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation.
- Hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns, particularly on Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Paid Social platforms, including Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Demonstrable success in managing budgets and delivering ROI-positive campaigns.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strong ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in SEO and digital advertising.
Desirable Skills
- Certification in Google Ads or social media advertising platforms is a plus.
- Experience with additional marketing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms.
- Understanding of A/B testing and familiarity with strategies to refine campaign performance.
